private sessions
You will use all of the studio apparatus: the classical pilates mat, reformer, cadillac, ladder barrel, spine corrector, wunda chair, ped-o-pull, foot corrector. You will learn all of the exercises on each, and learn how to feel the method in your body. Each apparatus has a unique design to help you initiate movement from your center.
Private sessions are also available via Zoom.

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for all sessions. All packages have a 6 month expiration and are non-refundable.
